Stillwater achieved the highest score on the Aspen Green Building Checklist through the use of: sustainably harvested wood; the "Optional Framing System"; non toxic paints, carpets, and finishes; blown-in cellulite insulation and recycled content insulation; Xeriscaping with native plants to minimize water use;
and use of natural light to
reduce use of electricity.
