The Inn is considered one of the first eco-hotels in America and was designed with sustainable principles and cultural influences in mind. Northern New Mexico vernacular architecture, it draws inspiration from the rich Native American and Spanish heritage, as well as the landscape of the region. While conveying the spirit of original designs of the the area’s ancient cultures, the intention was not to copy, but reinterpret for the modern eye. Thus, the Inn has a unique feeling of authenticity and serenity.
